We've been in business since January 2025. Here are the first three projects we delivered – with real numbers, not marketing fantasy.

E-Commerce Tool for Dropshipping

Automated Product-Sourcing Tool

Web app that automatically finds profitable products and generates listings for Shopify/WooCommerce.

Problem

Client wanted to build a tool to scrape products from AliExpress/Amazon, calculate profit margins and automatically create listings. Budget: €15k, Timeline: 6 weeks.

Solution

Next.js frontend, FastAPI backend (Python), PostgreSQL, Redis for caching. Web scraping with Playwright. OpenAI API for product descriptions. Deployed on Railway + Vercel.

Outcome

MVP ready after 6 weeks. Running with ~50 beta users. Client now makes €2k MRR and booked us for Phase 2 (Mobile App).

Tailored CRM for boutique consulting with 12 consultants. Alternative to Salesforce at €150/user/month.

Salesforce was too expensive (€1800/month) and too complex. HubSpot didn't fit the workflow. Client wanted custom tool with specific deal-pipeline design.

Solution

React + Vite frontend, Supabase backend (PostgreSQL + Auth), Stripe for invoicing. Tailwind UI for fast design. Deployed on Vercel. Development: 8 weeks.
